Deux maisons calmes, hors du village. Le matin, quand vous ouvrez les fenêtres de votre chambre, vous entendez le susurrement de la rivière qui passe 20m devant la maison. À l'arrière, petit jardin bien aménagé. À l'étage, belle exposition de tissages traditionnels de Maramures, démonstration sur métier à tisser en bois. Vue relaxante sur les collines recouvertes de verts pâturages et de forêts. Plusieurs salles de bains partagées. Viande, fromage, lait, œufs, confitures, volailles.

Au pied de la montagne Tibles, dans la vallée de l’Iza, à 50km de Sighetul Marmatiei et à 15km de la route principale.
Activités sur place
Découverte des activités de la ferme (ramassage du foin et collecte du bois dans la forêt), balades en chariot ou en traîneau à cheval. Repas de fête pour groupes (jusqu'à 50 pers.) avec musique traditionnelle des ceterasi.
