La Ferme de Sabadel produit des variétés anciennes de céréales traditionnellement adaptées au terroir, elle fabrique sa farine et façonne une large gamme de pain au levain naturel qui sont cuit au four a bois. Granolema
Granolema, ce sont de grosses pépites croustillantes à la saveur incomparable de miel pour le petit déjeuner. La recette de La Ferme de Sabadel les rends unique: pas de sucre raffiné, uniquement du miel de la Haute-Loire (montagne ou forêt); 21% d'oléagineux (graines de courge/tournesol, amandes, noix, noisettes). Un concentré d'énergie en paquet de 500g ou 900g.

Emma, a young peasant baker AB, produces cereals and sheep/bovine meat using grassland management in her small polyvalent farm (25ha). The Gite, on the south side of the Longère (built in 1875) has a sunny garden. After a breakfast produced by Emma (sourdough bread baked in a wood-fired oven, brioche and Granolema) set off to discover the wide open spaces, intact and peaceful.
