Situated in the green hills of the Limousin you will find La Jaurie. A lovely collection of old buildings and barns On top of a hill looking out over 8.5 of land, a forest, a small river and lots of walnut trees.
Activités sur place
All year round there are things to do in the suroundings of La Jaurie. But especially in the summer there are lots of activities. There’s for example gold digging in the small rivers next to a recently closed goldmine. At four kilometers from our site is Espace Hermeline. This place offers a swimming lake with sand beach, a terrace, a play-ground and secured tree climbing activities at 6 different levels.
Activités possibles aux alentours
The surroundings and the climate of The Haute Vienne give excellent conditions for hiking. The summers are warm but not choking. La Jaurie is trhe departure of several hikingtrails. We have many carts to borrow.
